Oscar Mangole holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tshwane University of Technology. He has 14 years extensive experience in delivering high-quality results in HR generalist affairs, including but not limited to performance management, labour relations, recruitment and retention, staff training and development, mediation, HR records management, HR policies development and compliance.
He is a competent, organized individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills which he acquired from various industries such as Science and Technology, Mining, Wholesale and Property Regulatory Authority.
Faith Hlahane (Director & Owner)
Faith Hlahane is the Founder and CEO of Lenohlahla Consulting, She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Certificate Programme in HR with WITS University. Her other qualifications include skills assessor and facilitator. She has a strong track record in the Recruitment and placement of personnel in various senior positions within a wide spectrum of industries ranging from Legal, Engineering, Finance, Management, ICT, QTS, ETC. She also specializes in Human Resources Consultancy in areas such as Change management, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Training and Development including Policy formulation and Implementation.
She gained broad insight of the HR Consulting field working with Basil Read Construction, Kelly Green Oaks Business Skills Training Division, Deloitte & Touché,
Lenohlahla is a member of APSO (Association of Personnel Service Organizations) for more than 10 years and is an accredited Personnel Agency registered with the Department of Labour.
Hugo Pooe (HR & Recruitment Consultant)
Having worked for U4UME Construction as well as SSCIACRO INVENT, specialising in Recruitment, Business Development, Client Liaising and Customer Care . Hugo works well under pressure and adheres to strict deadlines. His experience is vast having worked as a retail manager for Exclusive Books , as well as The Big Blue , gaining an array of customer care skills
Pontsho Mohulatsi
Pontso is a Professional with great skills and expertise in drafting Administration and policy related documents having worked for Law Firms, she has exposure in office support, business relations and performing the Secretariat function. Her HR experience cuts across Legal, Retail, Finance and Investment Industry. At Lenohlahla consulting, she oversees, the administration sector and ensures the communication flows from the top Management to the bottom level of the hierarchy. She is very customer centric and agile in business. She is strong in the recruitment process flow.
